Upcoming schedule:
The general meetings shall be three (3). Each shall be held at
10:00 AM on Saturday of the holiday weekend.
The first (Memorial Day) will:
a) bring the general membership up to date and take care of necessary Association business, b) present committee reports
The second (Fourth of July) will:
a) conduct the necessary Association business, b) elect Board of Manager members, c) vote on any Bylaw changes
The third (Labor Day) will:
a) conduct Association business, b) appoint an Elections Committee to serve for the upcoming year c) close the regular summer session
Board Meeting times, dates and agendas will be announced via e-mail and posted in the Lodge.
